Statement on quality policy
Quality policy of TEL-KABL DOO Zaječar is directed towards acquiring customer trust but also the trust of other interested parties (owner, deliverer, employees, society), which is achieved by meeting their requirements, needs and expectations, through implementation of basic principles of quality policy. Such adopted quality policy is rechecked in the process of revaluation of management system and it provides a framework for determining and reevaluation of quality objectives.
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY POLICY
  • Permanent meeting market requirements and customer expectations.
  • Profit increase through the improvement of quality of the products and the process and reduction of operation costs.
  • Revaluation of the achieved quality of the products and the process and identification and implementation of corrective and preventive measures for the purpose of improvement of quality of the products and the process itself.
  • Permanent training of the employees.
  • Observation of laws and regulations.
  • Cooperation with the deliverers for the purpose of improvement of quality of the products.
  • Protection of the environment.
